File layouts are included in the instructions for school divisions that prefer to create the fall membership data through their information systems as an ASCII text file. The format for the ASCII text file layout has been revised. All record types, including header and trailer records, must be written according to the specifications.

Each contact person for the Fall Membership Report should coordinate the collection of all data for the division and submit the data in ASCII text file format using the new Web-based data submission process.

Please direct any questions or comments relating to the Fall Membership Report to or to Data Administration staff at (804) 225-2099.
