Enrollment/Demographic Form Spring Collection |
The following
is information on the spring collection of the 2003-2004 Career and Technical
Education Reporting System (CTERS) 1 Report (Form #QF040) for career and
technical education. This report is more
commonly called the Secondary Enrollment/Demographic Form (SEDF).
All division
career and technical education administrators were mailed a CTERS manual from
the Office of Career and Technical Education Services in August 2003. This manual contains directions for
completing this report and the due date.
All data is due to the Department of Education on or before Friday, March 5, 2004. Early submission is encouraged and would help us in processing these data. The SEDF data are critical to the Office of Career and Technical Education Services as the information is used for a variety of purposes, including career and technical Standards of Quality (SOQ) funds for school divisions, and for calculating the nontraditional enrollment federal performance standard.
The SEDF
report is to be submitted electronically through the Single Sign-On for Web
Systems (SSWS) via https://eb01.vak12ed.edu/ssws/com/vdoe/dataAdmin/jsp/LoginContainer.jsp.
A
custom-designed spreadsheet and detailed instructions for completing the report
can be downloaded from the Department of Educations website. The complete address to access the
spreadsheet is http://www.pen.k12.va.us/VDOE/Instruction/CTE/cters/. On this page, choose Users Manual for the
instructions and SEDF Template for the specialized spreadsheet. Also on this page, choose Single Sign-On
for Web Systems to view the SSWS users guide (pertinent instructions begin on
page 4).
