Superintendents E-mail Designee

The Department of Education collected updated division and school information for the departments Virginia Educational Directory Web pages through Administrative Supts. Memo. No. 026 dated June 11, 2004. Current e-mail addresses for division superintendents were requested so that the executive staff would have the capability of communicating electronically with division superintendents when information needs to be shared quickly.

The e-mail addresses that you have provided to the department are being used on a regular basis for communicating directly with each of the division superintendents. Please check with your school and staff administration contact person to be sure that an up-to-date e-mail address has been submitted for the superintendent. The Web form and instructions for updating the information can be accessed from the Department of Educations website at http://www.pen.k12.va.us/VDOE/Publications/ADMN/datacoll/coll.htm

The Web form now includes a contact listing for the division superintendents designee for communications so that e-mail communications to superintendents can be copied to a second e-mail address. If you would like to have copies of e-mail messages sent to a designee or different e-mail address than the one listed for the superintendent, please assign a contact for this listing and include the e-mail address.
