SUBJECT:	Request for Proposals to Develop and Deliver a Turnaround Specialist Program for Virginia School Leaders

The Virginia Department of Education has recently issued a Request for Proposals (RFP) to solicit proposals for the development and delivery of a preparation program for Educational Turnaround Specialists, school administrators who are trained to successfully implement education and business principles to turn around the performance of chronically low-performing schools.
