All middle and high school mathematics and science courses taken, but not necessarily completed, between July 1, 2007 and June 30, 2008, should be reported. The Course Enrollment Data Collection elements are defined in Attachment A. Attachment B contains a list of assignment codes for all the courses to be included in this new collection.
The Course Enrollment Data Collection application will be open in SSWS from June 15, 2008 through September 15, 2008; early submission is encouraged. Your division's End-of-Year Student Record Collection must be successfully completed before you can access and complete the Course Enrollment Data Collection. Instructions for completing and submitting the data can be found on the Virginia Department of Education's website at http://www.doe.virginia.gov/VDOE/Publications.
