Homebound Instruction Services Data
Reporting |
The reporting of
Homebound Instruction Services data for school year 2007-2008 will be collected
through the Single Sign-On for Web Systems (SSWS) that allows each user to have
access to many different data collection processes, as well as other
applications, with one single identification and password. The data requested
will include: homebound teacher's license number, hourly rate of payment and number
of hours worked. In addition, in order to process online instruction
reimbursement, the license number of the teacher monitoring homebound
instruction will be needed.
The data must be
submitted electronically through the SSWS, which may be accessed at: https://p1pe.doe.virginia.gov/ssws.
The SSWS system will be open for submission of reports from August 18, 2008,
through September 19, 2008. After the September 19 cut-off date for reporting,
unused funds will be redistributed. Individuals who will be entering data and
do not have a current homebound password will need to contact the designated
Single Sign-On for Web Systems (SSWS) Account Manager designated for their
respective school division.
The completed form
must be printed, signed by the superintendent, and mailed by September 19, 2008,
to Mary Claire Ikenberry, school health specialist, Office of Student Services,
