SUBJECT: 2012-2013 Title I, Part C (Migrant Education), Allocations under Provisions of the Elementary and Secondary Education Act of 1965 (ESEA)
Attached are the 2012-2013 Title I, Part C, federal allocations for school divisions that qualify based on their enrollment of migratory students. The total amount of the allocation was available to school divisions as of July 1, 2012, through the reimbursement process.
Upon final approval of a school division’s application by the Virginia Department of Education, the school division will receive an e-mail with instructions to log onto the Online Management of Education Grant Awards (OMEGA) system to review the grant award notification and to distribute the budgets to the object code level. If an application has already been submitted, an amended or revised application that reflects the 2012-2013 grant award amount will need to be submitted.
