SUBJECT:  Clarification of Student Eligibility Requirements for AIM-VA Services

This memorandum clarifies the requirements for students to be eligible to receive free alternate formats of textbooks and other instructional materials from the Accessible Instructional Materials of Virginia Center (AIM-VA).  The attached document, Clarification of Eligibility for VA-AIM Services, provides a Q & A guide to address frequently asked questions submitted by school divisions’ digital rights managers and special education directors.
