SUBJECT:  Revisions to 2013-2014 Title I, Part C – Education of Migratory Children Allocations under Provisions of the Elementary and Secondary Education Act of 1965 (ESEA) 

This communication is to inform you of revisions to the 2013-2014 Title I, Part C allocations that were released through Superintendent’s Memorandum Number 291-13, dated November 1, 2013. The 2013-2014 funding allocation revisions are due to a supplemental allocation made by the U.S. Department of Education.

Attachment A contains the revised allocations. An amendment to the 2013-2014 application and a budget transfer must be submitted through the OMEGA system. If you need technical support with this process, please e-mail OMEGA.Support@doe.virginia.gov or call (804) 371-0993.
