Gifted Programs
Information related to gifted education services is reported annually to the Virginia Department of Education by each school division. The information is combined to produce a statewide annual report which includes student demographics, program service options, and gifted education teacher or program administrator data.

This interactive table provides an accessible way to explore Virginia’s gifted program data by school year, division, and student demographics. The tool draws directly from data submitted through the annual reports and can be customized to display specific elements or views. Detailed information about each data element is provided in the accompanying Data Dictionary. PDF reports, which include additional context about gifted programs, remain available below for reference and download (updated versions will be posted soon).
