Days in Session – Misc Collection
When calculating the number of days in session for Spring SRC, do I calculate it as of March 31 or as of the end of the school year?
When calculating the number of days in session, the divisions should calculate this based on the snapshot date of each collection. For Spring SRC, the division should use March 31 of the current school year to calculate the number of days in session. For EOY SRC, the division should use the last day of school to calculate the number of days in session.
Bad Request Error
I am receiving the following error when I try to submit SRC data. Is SSWS down?

No, this does not always mean that SSWS is down. If you are receiving this message, please clear your browser history and fully close the browser window before trying again.
Best Way to Review Cohort Data
Now is a good time to review cohort data. Using the cohort list reports for OGR, FGI and GCI, check the status of each student to make sure VDOE has the same information as the school. Any inconsistencies can be investigated before EOY SRC begins.
