	Module 4, Legal Issues in School Nursing Mary Claire Ikenberry, School Health Specialist, VDOE, discusses confidentiality, delegation, and specific laws that impact school nursing practice in Virginia. 	Module 5, Standards of School Nursing Practice Ms. Smith describes the standards of practice that reflect the six steps of the nursing process: assessment, diagnosis, outcomes identification, implementation, planning, and evaluation. PowerPoint handout (PDF)
